  • Can I also order by email or telephone?
    You can contact us by phone or in writing by email at info@promed24.ch. The following information is required for e-mail orders: company name, reference, address, zip code and location as well as a telephone number that can be reached.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Orders received before 11 a.m. will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Articles that are currently not available from stock are excluded. We will contact you in writing for non-stock items.
  • We currently have no space in the warehouse, can I place an order on call?
    We can deliver the goods on demand. An advance payment is charged for the entire order.
  • I can't find an item in the shop, can you also obtain other items?
    We always try to serve our customers with all articles, so you are welcome to contact us by phone or in writing by e-mail. We have a strong network of distributions to source any item.
  • Our delivery was not delivered properly, what can I do?
    Unfortunately, it can happen that the ordered goods arrive damaged during transport. In the case of defects that are not obvious and are only discovered later, you should also contact us, whether it is a guarantee case or transport damage. Excluded are damages for which the buyer is responsible, for example due to natural wear and tear or improper use. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions. We therefore ask you to contact us immediately in order to create a claim. We would pick up the goods free of charge and replace them with a new delivery.
  • Can I also order sample items?
    Of course, we can also send you a sample in advance. You can choose whether you want to contact us by phone or in writing.
